Jafar Alshraideh

Jafar Alshraideh is a Professor of health research and critical care at the University of Jordan, Amman, Jordan, Hold BSc from the University of Jordan in 1988, MSc from the University of Wales College of Medicine in 1995, and PhD from the University of Manchester in 2000. Currently a professor of health research at university of Jordan teaching at postgraduate level and supervising MSc and PhD dissertations in various health related issues. Has wide research and teaching experience in Jordan, UK, and Saudi Arabia. Recently has finished a short visiting faculty visit to University of Gothenburg, Sweden funded by Erasmus. Member of many scientific committees and forums in Jordan and globally and external examiner for postgraduate research dissertations in many national and international universities

Li Ping

Macau University, China

Li Ping is an Assistant Professor at the Macau University of Science and Technology, who obtained his Ph.D. from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He was a Lecturer at The Education University of Hong Kong. He has one image/video processing national invention patent, and has excellent research project reported worldwide by ScienceNewsline, Science Bulletin, and ACM TechNews. Besides, he has won many Best Paper Awards, Best Presentation Award, the First Prize of the U.S. mathematical contest in modeling, the First Runner-Up Award in the Postgraduate Paper Contest of IEEE (HK), the First Prize in Hubei Natural Sciences Outstanding Academic Paper Award, the Silver Award of Asia Regional Award in Reimagine Education 2015, and guided the CUHK students to get the IBM Programming Contest Champion and 2nd Runner-Up Awards (Twin Wins). He has obtained many grants in PI and Co-I capacity, including funding from the Hong Kong Jockey Club, University Grants Committee of Hong Kong, Macao Science and Technology Development Fund (FDCT), National Natural Science Foundation of China, and Research Grants Council (RGC) of Hong Kong. He is PI of a FDCT project, and PI of an RGC project with ECS Award for excellent project. He has published over 70 top-tier graphics and visualization papers refereed, including Medical Image Analysis, IEEE Trans. Visualization and Computer Graphics, IEEE Trans. Image Processing, IEEE Trans. Cybernetics, IEEE Trans. SMC: Systems, and IEEE Trans. Circuits and Systems for Video Tech. He has served as Chair and Co-Chair of many international conferences, and as Invited Speaker at IEEE ICCSN 2017.

Amber Derksen

Amber Derksen, a Certified Nurse Educator with nearly 25 years of nursing experience, received her PhD in Family Nursing from Hampton University.  She’s been invested in teaching baccalaureate nursing for 12 years.  She has 20 years as a hospice/palliative care nurse as well as 5 years in oncology and oncology research.  Her passion for nursing education has taken her all over the world.  Her research into intellectual curiosity has sparked interprofessional discussions of student performance.  She has also presented her research on grief and bereavement throughout the United States.  She continues to investigate issues in student learning as well as strategies to implement hospice and palliative care into nursing curricula.

Seani Mulondo

Mulondo SA has completed her PhD at the University of Venda, South Africa. She is a lecturer in the Department of Advanced Nursing Science, School of Health Sciences; field of her research study is in the stream of midwifery discipline. Hence her main interest is on the interventions to improve maternal and child health in Limpopo Province. She is serving in the South Africa Netherlands Research Programme on Alternatives in Development (SANPAD) project as one of the members/supervisors which focused on capacity building for research students on TB. She has published 8 papers in DHET accredited journals and serving as a reviewer of African Journal for Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (AJPHERD).

Fatma Elhabib is basicly, a senior nurse in Hedi Chaker University Hospital Center Tunisia, before she studied in Higher Institute of Accounting and Business Administration. Practicing in many departments such as psychiatry, cardiology, emergency, pediatrics. Defying her limits to be a recognized nurse in her native country, she conducted outdoor experiments like France, the UAE. Her modest career has gone from executive to coordinator and now to safety and management.

Abedallah kasem

Abedallah kasem was qualified as a General Nurse with the Jordan University of Science and Technology Irbid-Jordan and registered with the Jordanian Nursing and Midwifery Council in 1994. Subsequently, he completed a Higher Diploma in clinical pediatric nursing at the University College Dublin in Ireland 2006. Clinical experience involved working in a number of General Teaching Hospitals in both Jordan and Ireland.  As one possible way of developing his personal professional development, he completed Master in Clinical Practice in pediatric emergency nursing in 2008 at the University College Dublin in Ireland. He worked as a senior nurse in the pediatric accident and emergency in Tallaght Hospital/ Ireland for 13 years. Since then, he developed his own research idea in telephone nursing and telephone consultation. He presented a poster presentation in the nursing conference in February 2009 at the Royal College of Surgeon in Dublin-Ireland.  He commenced Doctorate in Clinical Sciences in 2012 at the University of Southampton in UK. His research interest is Qualitative research in nursing practice. Research carried out by him at the Doctorate level was in relation to “Exploring the Views of Parents of Children Aged Two Years and Under Following Telephone Advice from Nurses Working in a GP Out-Of-Hours Service in Ireland”. More recently he started his academic experience to teach nursing studied at the Jordan University of Science and Technology.

Halil Ibrahim Erdim

Halil Ibrahim Erdim  was born in Cyprus. He became a mining engineer in 1974 (Istanbul Technical University). Until 1992 he worked in limestone quarries, brick factories, gypsum factories, foundries, metal working shops. Between 1992- 2002 he published books and magazines in his small offset printing shop. After 2002 he took part in Environmental Impact Assessment reports and quarry management plans.
He participated in local and international activities such as UN Sustainable development Studies in New york  (2008), EU Greenweek studies in Brussels  (2009), XXI International Congress of Occupational Safety and Health in Singapore (2017).Since 2009 he is Occupational Safety and Health Trainer and lecturer in Cyprus International University since 2016.He has more than 40 published books and 20 of them are about occupational Safety and Health. He has more than 1000 printed newspaper articles. He took part in establishing a lot of NGO’s in North Cyprus. For example:
* Chamber of Mining, Metallurgical and Geological Engineers
* Social İnsurancies association of North Cyprus
* Society of the Authentic Products of Cyprus
* TASOVA (Foundation of Quarries)He is member of a lot of NGO’s.  He used to be a member of EAEG (European Association of Exploration Geophysics) and IOSH.
He is living in North Cyprus.

Sharon Vasuthevan holds the following qualifications PHD in Nursing achieved in 2005 from university of Pretoria, Master of Science degree from Texas Woman’s University achieved through a Fullbright Scholarship in 1995, B Cur and B Cur Honours degrees from UNISA. She is a Registered Nurse, Midwife, and Psychiatric nurse and a Professional Executive Coach. She joined the Life Healthcare Group in 2001 as National Training and Development Manager and in 2010 she was appointed as Nursing and Quality Executive to date. Her responsibilities include managing nursing practice, nursing education, infection prevention and Quality outcomes, safety, patient experience and legal compliance. She served on various Committees and Societies and is the past chairperson of the Nursing Education Association (NEA), and past Chairperson of the Hospital Association of South Africa (HASA) Nursing Committee, and a Member of the Advisory Council for Monash University (School of Health Sciences). Life College of Learning Council Chairperson, Life Nursing Education Trust Trustee, International Council for Nurses Education Committee Member and Africa Honour Society Member. She also served on the South African Nursing Council (SANC), for two terms until she resigned in 2016. She held the positons of Vice Chairperson, and Chairperson of Education & Accreditation Committee. She is the author and editor of number of articles and books which are currently used by both Post graduates and Undergraduate Nurses in South Africa. She also presented various papers on nursing at National and International Conferences. Her achievements include winning the Nursing Education Excellence award for Leadership (2009 NEA Conference), SA delegate to attend the Global Nursing Leadership Institute (2009 in Geneva) and Appointed as a fellow of the Academy of Nurses in South Africa for her contribution to the nursing education system.

Şenay Topuz has been working as a curriculum developer, educator and supervisor for two years in a joint project carried out by the WHO, the European Union and The Ministry of  Health Republic of Turkey.  She is  responsible for reproductive health, prenatal and postnatal care and family planning in project. She got her PhD from Erciyes University Institute of Health Sciences and  graduated from  Cumhuriyet University. Presently working as an Assistant professor in Ankara university from 2016. Her fields of interest in Women Health, Women's Human Rights, Reproductive Health, Familiy Planing, Urinary İncontinance, Sexuality.
